How to speeding up your torrent Download

When your are Downloading using Torrent ,It will slow even have seeds and peers.So you can make settings as shown below steps.
1.Options > Preferances(Ctrl + P )

                                                           
2.Now you can see a new window and select Brandwidth.

                                         
3.Now you can see which have highlighted circle as shown figure below.

                                               
4.Now change the values of numbers like this
